Craig is the founding member of Craig T. Bumgarner, P.C. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac Law School in 1993 and a B.A. from SUNY Albany in 1990. Craig was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1994. His current areas of practice include Civil Litigation, with a focus in commercial and real property disputes, Landlord-Tenant matters, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Law.

Ellen A. Faulkner, Esq.

Ellen joined Craig T. Bumgarner, P.C. in January of 2010 as an associate. She graduated from Pace Law School with a J.D. in 2008 and from Manhattan College with a B.A. in 2003. Ellen was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2009. Her current areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates, and Landlord-Tenant matters.

Joleen Lanzarotta

Billing, Receivables, Payables

Joleen has also been employed by Craig T. Bumgarner, P.C. since its inception. She holds a Masters Degree from New York University and before coming to work for the firm, she served as the head of Human Resources and Benefits Administration. At the firm, Joleen handles all Billing and Accounting.

Jess Mercurio

Real Estate Secretary

Jess joined Craig T. Bumgarner, P.C. in January of 2022 as a receptionist and real estate secretary. She has numerous years of experience in the customer service industry and works as a front-line resource for our real estate clients.
